Please read READ_FIRST.RTF and follow directions for initial Classified Board setup. The most important part, is to make sure, that you have changed Encode Keys in config/config.asp file and have assign "Write" and "Delete" NTFS permissions to "db" folder and it's subfolders for account IUSR_... on IIS server.
